HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Currently, shipping can take between 4-6 working days from receipt of purchase.

You will be notified directly if there is going to be a longer than usual delivery time.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR SHIPPING?

There are no charges for shipping for purchases of R850 or larger.

For purchases less than R850, we offer a flat rate for Road Freight to Major and Regional Areas

0-10 Kilograms – R 100

Rate per kg thereafter R 5-00

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA?

Currently we do not ship outside of South Africa.

 

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of receipt of purchase, in saleable condition, all tags and packaging intact.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

CAN I BE REFUNDED?

Please note the following items are not refundable:

Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied depending on your original method of payment, within 30 working days.
